WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

It's unlikely, but we'll replace it immediately. Here's how:

1. E-mail us right away on info@arkivio.co.za with a description of the damaged item.

2. Depending on the product, we'll arrange a collection of the damaged item.

3. We’ll let you know when you can expect a your replacement. Please note that normal production lead times apply to replacement items.

As an online company we do our best to meet our customers expectations in every aspect.

Should you not be completely satisfied with your Arkivio products we are happy to refund or exchange any items within 14 days of purchase.

Please keep your original packaging as this is required in order to get the product back to our Studio.
