The Arkivio Deepframe is bent into shape from linear profiles that are then welded to form the complete frame. Every brass frame will show the seam line at which it was welded. Unlike powder coated frames we cannot hide the raw materiality of the solid brass join. This is an example of 2 welds on polished brass.
- Technique: Worked through multiple stages of polishing
- Colour: Polishing brass reveals a warm golden yellow from the metal
- Feel: Smooth
- Sheen: Highly reflective gloss
- 2K Clear Coat: High gloss remains
- Maintenance: 2 step polishing with recommended compound (unless 2K applied)
